DHZ ZYRO Parts & Compatibility Guide

MONO MOTO can help identify replacement parts for your DHZ ZYRO, order them for you and arrange in-store pickup or direct delivery.

Choosing the correct chain and sprockets

DHZ specifies a 35H, 138-link chain with a 10-tooth front sprocket and 62-tooth rear sprocket for the ZYRO. Confirm the existing chain, sprockets and any modifications before ordering.

Please provide your date of purchase and clear photos of the chain and both sprockets. We can cross-reference your purchase information and check the existing components. Purchase date alone does not establish the production version, and parts may have been changed.

ZYRO and 2200E parts compatibility

The ZYRO uses the familiar compact 2200E platform with upgraded performance. This does not mean every 2200E part is suitable for the ZYRO.

Confirm each replacement against your bike, particularly batteries, controllers, motors, throttles and displays. Similar appearance or matching voltage alone does not establish compatibility.

Batteries, chargers and electrical parts

DHZ specifies a 60V 20Ah lithium battery with a 60A battery management system (BMS) for the ZYRO.

For battery or charger enquiries, send clear photos of the battery label, charger label, charging port and connectors. Include battery dimensions if available.

For a motor, controller, throttle, display or ignition component, provide photos of the existing part, its labels and connectors. We will confirm the correct replacement and availability before you order.

Brakes, bodywork and other replacement parts

For brake pads, levers or brake assemblies, specify front or rear and provide clear photos of the existing components.

For suspension, wheels, bearings, bodywork, a seat or side stand, send photos of the part required, its mounting points and any identifying markings so we can check fitment.
