DHZ 7500E Parts & Compatibility Guide

Choosing the correct chain and sprockets

DHZ lists a 428-pitch, 118-link replacement chain for the 7500E. Confirm the existing chain, sprocket sizes and any modifications before ordering. A part listed for the 5000E is not automatically suitable for the 7500E.

Please provide your date of purchase and clear photos of the chain and both sprockets. We can cross-reference your purchase information and check the existing components. Purchase date alone does not establish the production version, and parts may have been changed.

Batteries, chargers and electrical parts

For a battery, charger, throttle, controller, display or ignition component, send clear photos of the existing part, its labels and connectors. For battery enquiries, include the battery dimensions if available.

We will confirm compatibility and availability before you order. Battery and charger voltage labels can refer to different ratings, so the printed voltage alone is not enough to select a replacement.

Brakes and other replacement parts

For brake pads, levers, bearings, suspension or other components, tell us which part is required and provide clear photos. For brake enquiries, specify front or rear and include photos of the caliper and existing pads where possible.

Some DHZ parts are listed for both the 5000E and 7500E. We will check the specific part against your bike before confirming an order.
